How long does headlight restoration take?
Most headlight restorations take between 30–60 minutes, depending on the condition of the headlights.
Can all headlights be restored?
Most cloudy, yellowed, and oxidized headlights can be successfully restored. If the damage is severe or the lens is cracked or damaged from the inside, replacement may be the better option.
Is headlight restoration better than replacing the headlights?
In many cases, yes. If your headlights are only faded or oxidized, restoration is a much more affordable solution that can dramatically improve their appearance and performance without the cost of replacement.
Why do headlights become cloudy or yellow?
Over time, exposure to UV rays, road debris, and the elements causes the factory protective coating on headlights to wear away. This leads to oxidation, making the lenses appear cloudy, yellow, or hazy. Our restoration process removes this oxidation and applies a new protective coating to restore clarity.
